insane in the rain

i found this in the archives...thot it was siutable for the weather..i'll try to get the music up later..


the clouds keep on leaking like my freaking faucet
i made a wish grabbed my penny and toss it
into a street puddle just outside my place
when a camero cruised by and wet my face

the mailman brought my mail soaking wet
nothing but bills man i'm in debt
credit cards said i owe 10,020
so i waded in the puddle looking for my penny

i turned on the TV to watch the news
and there was the weather man on channel 2 (he said)
you must be cursed, the storm is getting worse
it's raining in your head, you're better off dead
so i changed it over to channel 10
but there he was once again

the remote stopped working and it went on and on
so i ran outside to see if the rain had gone

then lightning struck right on my penny
a familiar feeling as the juice went thru me
just like the jolt from your heart of ice
so i guess i was struck by lightning twice

i scattered back inside and unplugged the TV
but he was still in the box starring right at me
